Ingredients
  

  • cup acai berries (frozen)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (frozen blueberries and blackberries)
  • 1 cup banana (about 1½ bananas, sliced and frozen)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • cup kefir
  • cup almond milk

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp granola
  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • 1 fresh kiwi
  • ½ fresh banana (sliced)
  • ¼ cup mixed berries

Instructions
 

  • Combine the frozen acai berries, frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, honey, kefir and almond milk in a blender and puree until it reaches a smooth consistency.
    You can add more almond milk if the puree is too thick.
  • Transfer the puree to your serving bowl and top it with granola, sliced banana, strawberries, other mixed berries like blackberry and blueberry, and sliced kiwi. Enjoy!
